About Matt Leitch

A veteran of the London property market with a career spanning almost 30 years across high-end estate agency, residential development consultancy, sales and marketing, and private investment. Matt has held senior director positions at Savills, CBRE and Dexters, and served as International Head of Sales and Marketing for boutique UK developers. He has been instrumental in the sale of over £2.5bn of London property, from studio apartments in Hackney to £30m villas in Holland Park. Now operating independently under eXp, he provides a highly personal, bespoke service for both sellers and buyers. Australian born, he has lived in London his whole professional career and has called Walthamstow home for the past decade.
