About Jon Wilkins

Jon Wilkins has lived in Epsom his entire life, with four generations of his family rooted there since 1935. He has worked in estate agency since 1999, including 14 years managing an agency in Tattenham Corner and co-founding The Local Agent in 2018. Now operating under the eXp model, he deliberately works with a small number of clients to deliver a truly personal, one-to-one service — handling valuations, marketing, viewings, negotiations and sales progression himself. He is known for clear communication, honesty, transparency and a calm, supportive approach.
